Are there ships currently sailing from Caticlan to Manila?
I don’t think major ships in the Philippines are plying this route right now (Dec ‘08). MBRS and Negros Navigation used to, but I think they discontinued it. Would anyone know any other ships sailing this route? Thanks!

Travel To Boracay By Ship
An adventurous but more leisurely and romantic way to travel to Boracay is by ferry from Manila to Caticlan or Dumaguit, near Kalibo.
Manila to Caticlan
MBRS Shipping Lines has two sizeable ferries plying the route between Manila and Caticlan. The Virgin Mary is much the better of the two ships. The ferries leave Manila’s North Harbour, Pier 8, every Friday, Monday and Wednesday at 5p.m. Arrival time in Caticlan is the next day between 6 and 9a.m.

The Nautical Highway
The Nautical Highway stretches 703 kilometers and 137 nautical miles from Manila to Dapitan City in Mindanao. This "highway" is actually a combination of overland highways and roll-on, roll-off vessels.
Batangas to Caticlan
A RoRo vessel leaves Batangas port daily at 8:30 a.m. After arriving in Calapan, Mindoro, take the car or bus to Roxas, Mindoro. From there another RoRo vessel leaves at 2p.m. for Caticlan, where the boat arrives at 6p.m.
