Congratulion!
I have seen all of your videos There are something on them that indicate you are very creative Your last video is excellent, but in this one and other videos, something has missed. I believe that they are meaning less or without end.
With changing something you can make them perfect
Subject Music: Excellent
But:
No end.
Too long for a single frame.
You might add some pictures from outside. a pond boat in sea some waves End: you might show a picture of the finished boat
If you read the description, I explained that the project is not finished, and this video will not be finished until June.
Also, the videos I post on here are stupid and theres no creativity to them at all, expect for this one, so what are you talking about? lol…
but thanks!
My videos are more STUPID than yours! That’s what makes boatbuilding unique…who in their right mind would go out in the deep in a wooden boat they made themselves anyway?
Or make one in their garage?
Madness I say!
memory6000, you are a horrible troll. Go back to trolling 101.

Reality: You are not savvy enough to read the description box for a video. Honestly, before making a complete jackass of yourself, read the description box.
Looks like you have a great start. I wish you all the best on her completion. If you don’t me asking, what wood did you use for the keel (red oak?), ribs (yellow pine?), and what wood did you use to skin the hull?
I’ve only built 2 wooden water myself. A UH-15 hovercraft and a small V-hull. The rest were fiberglass to aluminum.
Cheers
the keelson is Sapelli Plywood with a lead ballast, ribs are white oak, and the skin is fir
Is this a boat shop or your on home built with friends help type project? How many layers are there on the planking? I saw many different layers with different directions, guessing for strenth. Guessing since I dont build boats, allways wanted to but never did yet anyway. Real cool video, hope to see the next in june.
its being built in a shop by professionals. There is only one layer of planking, the other layers you see are thin layers of Fir veneers to, as you guessed, give it strength. There are up to 8 layers of these veneers depending on the stress areas of the hull.
keel is Okume Plywood, ribs are oak ,and the skin is Fir
you built a hovercraft?
Yes, but I sold it 2 years ago to a man in Sacramento. CA. I used white pine and yellow pine, for the frame and skinned her with 5mm meranti plywood.
seems like a lot of outside layers… what kind of resin did you use to seal it?
Mas epoxy
how much did it cost you? WOOD? what kind of motor if any? would a kawasaki 440 MC engine be good for an inboard?
