i have the same exact boat
Had the 270 for a while until I got discharged from that SOB trying to do slides in choppy water while my brother was driving ! That’s when we said “time for a wakeboard boat!” Seriously, I can see why they quit making it. It’s far too much for the average boater but damn, was it fun!

LOL! Nah dude, go for it…it’s like almost better than sex! Just don’t push the turns in chop because it will get loose, then grab all of a sudden! My brother was just an idiot! The hull is so badass on those boats and trust me, you won’t find another thing like it on the water!

uh huh….sure it has nothing to do with not running pre-mix and or having common sense? I’ve got YEARS of service on this boat my friend, I run premix & am well aware that cavitating pumps cause lack of cooling water to the cylinders. All in moderation. Hence the pee holes on the side to monitor water flow. 115psi across the board on my motors, primers, 55:1 premix, 59.2mph GPS’ed top speed.
@WpgWanderer I own this exact same model of boat. Not only that, The jets cant get torqued like a prop. Spinning is fine… At least for the motors, no comment on the guests.
@WpgWanderer well all I can tell you is I had a sea doo and the motor basically came apart. I’m talking about crank bearings stuck in the spark plug hole. I don’t believe I ever abused it but I never heard of running pre mix on an engine that already has oil injection. I did like to spin with it and it was after that that the engine blew up. The motor was crappy anyway.
